⚔️VALHALLA ASCENDING — DKP & LOOT SYSTEM
VERSION 9 (Final Version)
Drafted 09.20.2026
This document outlines Valhalla Ascending's raid attendance, DKP, and loot distribution system.
The goal is simple: reward the players who consistently show up and contribute to the raid force while keeping loot distribution fair, transparent, and predictable.
Inside you will find the rules governing raid attendance and Main Raider status, DKP earning and spending, Designated Main and Alt/Box loot priority, closed bidding, Raid Tank/Main Cleric priority, new recruit eligibility, DKP decay, and the handling of both tradable and NO TRADE raid loot.
The system may look detailed, but the basic principle is straightforward:
Show up. Earn DKP. Maintain your raid attendance. Bid on the loot you are eligible for.
The additional rules exist to make sure everyone knows how those principles are applied when less common situations arise.
💰TRADABLE RAID LOOT
All tradable raid loot will be collected and held by an officer during the raid.
Tradable loot will NOT be bid on during the raid.
Instead, tradable loot will be posted for bidding the following day.
This allows the raid to continue moving at a pace that gives us the best opportunity to reach all of our planned targets.
It also prevents an officer from being flooded with multiple bids while actively raiding and reduces the possibility of a bid being overlooked or missed.
The INITIAL bidding period will be limited to eligible Main Raiders who attended the raid where the item dropped.
Players who did not attend the raid where the item dropped are NOT eligible to participate in the initial bidding period, regardless of their normal raid status or attendance percentage.
A player's attendance percentage and loot eligibility for an item are determined and locked at the time the item drops. Later changes to the player's rolling 30-day attendance percentage before the auction opens or closes do NOT change their eligibility for that item.
If an item receives no eligible bids during the initial bidding period, it will move to the next applicable loot-priority bidding period as outlined below. At that time, additional eligible players, including Main Raiders who were not in attendance when the item originally dropped, may bid on the item.
During this later bidding period, a Main Raider who did not attend the original raid does NOT receive Main Raider priority. Their bid will compete at the same priority level as the other players eligible for that bidding period.
💰NO TRADE RAID LOOT
NO TRADE loot must be awarded when it drops and therefore will be bid on immediately using the closed-bid DKP system.
The raid will pause only as necessary to complete bidding and award the item.
Because NO TRADE loot must be awarded immediately, only players who are present and otherwise meet the applicable raid attendance and loot eligibility requirements may participate.
The initial bidding period will follow the normal Main / Designated Main loot-priority rules.
If a NO TRADE item receives no eligible bids during the initial Main / Designated Main bidding period, an immediate Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period will occur before the item rots.
Players who are present and meet the eligibility requirements for the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period may participate in this immediate secondary bidding period, provided the receiving character is in zone or able to loot before the raid moves on and the corpse decays.
If the NO TRADE item receives no eligible bids during either bidding period, the item will be allowed to rot.
⚔️CLOSED-BID DKP
All DKP bidding will be conducted by closed bid.
Players submit their maximum bid privately without seeing the bids of other players.
All bids must be genuine bids for an item the player intends to equip/use on the character for which the bid was submitted.
A player may submit only ONE bid per item, regardless of how many characters, Alts, or Boxes they have present. Multiple characters belonging to the same player do not count as separate bidders.
Bidding for the purpose of manipulating another player's winning price, coordinating bids with another player, or otherwise manipulating the DKP system is prohibited.
The player who submits the highest eligible bid wins the item, subject to all applicable loot-priority and Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bid Bonus rules.
When multiple players bid on an item and there is no tie for the highest ACTUAL bid, the winning player pays the second-highest ACTUAL bid +1 DKP, regardless of whether any lower competing bids are tied.
For purposes of determining the winning price, an ACTUAL bid means the raw DKP amount submitted by the player before any Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bid Bonus is applied.
No player will ever be required to pay more than the ACTUAL bid they submitted.
When two or more players submit the same highest ACTUAL bid, the applicable tie-breaking rules determine the winner and the winning price is equal to the winner's submitted ACTUAL bid.
The Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bid Bonus may increase a player's effective bid for purposes of determining who wins an item, but it does NOT increase the player's submitted ACTUAL bid or the maximum amount of DKP the player may be charged.
If a Raid Tank or Main Cleric wins through the 10% Bid Bonus, the Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bonus Pricing rules apply.
EXAMPLE:
Player A bids: 75 DKP
Player B bids: 50 DKP
Player C bids: 30 DKP
Player A wins the item for 51 DKP.
⚪ONLY ONE BIDDER
If only one player bids on an item, that player wins the item.
A sole bidder will pay their submitted bid, up to a maximum cost of 10 DKP.
If the sole bidder submits a bid of less than 10 DKP, they will pay their submitted bid.
If the sole bidder submits a bid of 10 DKP or more, they will pay 10 DKP.
This rule applies only when there is a single bidder and does NOT establish a minimum bid for DKP auctions.
⚪TIED HIGHEST BIDS
If two or more eligible players submit the same highest ACTUAL bid, the player with the higher raid attendance percentage over the applicable attendance period will win the tie.
If their raid attendance percentages are equal, the tied players will /random 100.
The player with the highest roll wins the item.
If the highest /random 100 result is also tied, only the players tied for the highest roll will /random 100 again until the tie is resolved.
When two or more players submit the same highest ACTUAL bid, the winning price is equal to the tied bid amount.
EXAMPLE:
Player A bids: 50 DKP
Player B bids: 50 DKP
Player C bids: 20 DKP
Player A and Player B are tied at 50 DKP.
The tie is resolved using the applicable tie-breaking rules.
The winner pays 50 DKP.
New Recruits do not receive tie-breaking priority over Main Raiders. If a New Recruit and a Main Raider submit the same highest bid, the Main Raider automatically wins the tie.
If two or more New Recruits submit the same highest bid and no Main Raider is tied with them, the New Recruit with the higher raid attendance percentage will win the tie. If their attendance percentages are equal, the tied New Recruits will /random 100 under the normal tied-bid rules.
If an eligible Raid Tank or Main Cleric is tied with a player who does not have Raid Tank/Main Cleric tie priority, the eligible Raid Tank or Main Cleric automatically wins the tie.
No attendance comparison or /random 100 is required in that situation.
⚪DKP LIMIT
Players may NOT submit a bid greater than their current actual DKP balance.
Players will NOT be permitted to go into negative DKP.
The Raid Tank/Main Cleric 10% Bid Bonus provides additional bidding power for determining bid priority but does NOT add DKP to a player's actual balance, does NOT increase the player's submitted ACTUAL bid, and does NOT increase the maximum amount the player may be charged.
No player may ever be charged more than their submitted ACTUAL bid.
⚔️RAID ATTENDANCE & STATUS
Raid attendance determines a player's raid status and loot eligibility.
Raid attendance percentages will be calculated on a rolling 30-day basis using the guild's scheduled raid days.
For purposes of determining eligibility for a specific item, a player's attendance percentage and resulting loot eligibility are locked at the time the item drops.
A later change to the player's rolling 30-day attendance percentage does NOT retroactively change their eligibility for that item.
🟢MAIN RAIDER — 60% OR GREATER ATTENDANCE
A player must maintain at least 60% rolling raid attendance to be considered a Main Raider.
Main Raiders receive Designated Main loot priority when bidding for upgrades for their Designated Main Character, provided they attended the raid where the item dropped.
Main Raiders who attended the raid where an item dropped are eligible to participate in the initial Designated Main bidding period.
🟡50–59% RAID ATTENDANCE
A guild member with at least 50% but less than 60% rolling raid attendance is not considered a Main Raider and does NOT receive Designated Main loot priority. They may continue attending raids and earning DKP.
They are eligible to spend their DKP on raid loot, but may only bid during the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period.
Their bids during this period receive the same priority as Alt/Box bids.
A player in this attendance range may regain Main Raider status and Designated Main loot priority by rebuilding their rolling 30-day raid attendance to at least 60%.
🔴BELOW 50% RAID ATTENDANCE
A guild member with less than 50% rolling raid attendance is not eligible to bid on raid loot.
They may continue attending raids and earning DKP while rebuilding their raid attendance.
Their earned DKP remains in their account but cannot be spent on raid loot until their rolling raid attendance reaches at least 50%.
Upon reaching at least 50% attendance, they become eligible to participate in Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding.
Upon reaching at least 60% attendance, they become eligible for Main Raider status and Designated Main loot priority, (Subject to Leadership approval.)
There are no excused absences for the purpose of calculating raid attendance.
Life comes first. If a player needs to miss a raid or leave, there is no penalty beyond not receiving attendance credit for time they did not attend and any resulting change in their raid attendance percentage, status, or loot eligibility.
⚔️MAIN / DESIGNATED MAIN LOOT PRIORITY
The initial Designated Main bidding period is reserved for eligible Main Raiders who attended the raid where the item dropped.
To participate in the initial Designated Main bidding period, a player must:
• Maintain at least 60% rolling raid attendance at the time the item drops
• Qualify as a Main Raider.
• Have attended the raid where the item dropped.
• Be bidding on an upgrade for their Designated Main Character.
Players with 50–59% raid attendance may NOT participate in the initial Designated Main bidding period.
Players with less than 50% raid attendance may NOT bid on raid loot during any bidding period.
Alts and Boxes may NOT participate in the initial Designated Main bidding period.
Eligible Main Raiders participating in the initial bidding period compete in the same closed-bid auction, subject to any applicable Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bid Bonus.
🛡️ALT / BOX & SECONDARY LOOT BIDDING
If an item receives no eligible bids during the initial Designated Main bidding period, it will move to the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period.
For tradable loot, these auctions will take place on designated days/times to be determined.
For NO TRADE loot, the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period will occur immediately if the item receives no eligible bids during the initial Main / Designated Main bidding period, as described in the NO TRADE RAID LOOT section.
A player must maintain at least 50% rolling raid attendance to participate in the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period.
During this bidding period:
• Guild members with 50–59% raid attendance may use their DKP to bid.
• Eligible players may use their DKP to bid for an Alt or Box.
• Main Raiders who did not attend the raid where the item originally dropped may bid when otherwise permitted by the applicable tradable or
💰NO TRADE LOOT RULES
• Other eligible guild members who did not participate in or qualify for the initial Designated Main bidding period may bid.
All bids during this period compete at the same Alt/Box and Secondary Loot priority.
A Main Raider who did not attend the raid where the item originally dropped receives NO Main Raider or Designated Main priority during this later bidding period.
A guild member with 50–59% attendance receives NO Designated Main priority during this bidding period.
Players with less than 50% rolling raid attendance are NOT eligible to participate in this or any other raid-loot bidding period.
All eligible bids use the standard closed-bid DKP system.
This keeps first priority on improving the Designated Main Characters of Main Raiders who actually attended the raid while still allowing useful unclaimed loot to benefit other active guild members, Alts, and Boxes rather than going to waste.
💰LEFTOVER LOOT
If a tradable item receives no bids during any applicable DKP bidding period, it will be placed on the guild vendor.
At that point, any guild member, regardless of raid attendance or rank, may purchase the item for platinum at a 50% discount from the current GUILD VENDOR listed price.
Guild Vendor purchases are not DKP bids and are therefore not subject to the minimum raid-attendance requirement for DKP bidding.
Items purchased from the Guild Vendor are for personal character use only and may NOT be purchased for resale, trade, or profit.
⚔️RAID TANK & MAIN CLERIC BID BONUS
Purpose: The Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bid Bonus is intended to give these critical raid roles an increased opportunity to obtain upgrades that strengthen the guild's overall raid force, without eliminating other eligible raiders from competing for the same item.
Eligible Raid Tanks and Main Clerics receive a 10% Bid Bonus when bidding on an upgrade for their Designated Main Character.
For purposes of this bonus:
• The character must be the player's Designated Main Character.
• The character must be a non-box Tank or Cleric participating in the raid.
• The player must maintain at least 60% raid attendance and qualify as a Main Raider.
A Tank or Cleric with 50–59% raid attendance may participate only in the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period and does NOT receive the 10% Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bid Bonus or its associated tie priority.
A Tank or Cleric with less than 50% raid attendance is not eligible to bid on raid loot.
Raid Tanks and Main Clerics submit their bids normally through the closed-bid system.
If their submitted ACTUAL bid is already the highest bid, the item is awarded normally and the 10% bonus is not needed.
If they are NOT the highest bidder, 10% will be added to their submitted ACTUAL bid for the purpose of determining the winner.
All 10% Bid Bonus calculations will be rounded UP to the nearest whole DKP.
The rounded effective bid is used only to determine bidding priority.
The bonus does NOT add DKP to the player's actual balance, does NOT increase the player's submitted ACTUAL bid, and does NOT increase the maximum amount of DKP the player may be charged.
If the bonus makes the Raid Tank or Main Cleric's effective bid the highest bid, they win the item subject to the Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bonus Pricing rules.
If the bonus creates an effective tie for the highest bid against a player who does not have Raid Tank/Main Cleric tie priority, the eligible Raid Tank or Main Cleric automatically wins the tie.
No attendance comparison or /random 100 is required when an eligible Raid Tank or Main Cleric wins an effective tie against a player without Raid Tank/Main Cleric tie priority.
If two or more players entitled to Raid Tank/Main Cleric tie priority are tied for the highest effective bid, the tie will be resolved under the TIES BETWEEN RAID TANKS / MAIN CLERICS rules below.
🛡️RAID TANK / MAIN CLERIC BONUS PRICING
The Raid Tank/Main Cleric 10% Bid Bonus is used only to determine bidding priority.
The bonus does NOT increase the player's submitted ACTUAL bid and does NOT increase the maximum amount of DKP the player may be charged.
If a Raid Tank or Main Cleric wins without needing the 10% Bid Bonus, the normal closed-bid pricing rules apply.
If a Raid Tank or Main Cleric wins because of the 10% Bid Bonus, the normal winning price is calculated using the second-highest competing ACTUAL bid +1 DKP.
However, the winning price may NEVER exceed the Raid Tank or Main Cleric's submitted ACTUAL bid.
Therefore, when a Raid Tank or Main Cleric wins through the 10% Bid Bonus, they pay the LESSER of:
• The second-highest competing ACTUAL bid +1 DKP; OR
• Their own submitted ACTUAL bid.
EXAMPLE 1:
Raid Tank bids: 100 DKP
Player B bids: 105 DKP
Player C bids: 80 DKP
The Raid Tank's 10% Bid Bonus creates an effective bid of 110 DKP.
The Raid Tank wins the item.
The normal calculated winning price would be Player B's 105 DKP ACTUAL bid +1 = 106 DKP.
Because the winning price may not exceed the Raid Tank's submitted ACTUAL bid of 100 DKP, the Raid Tank pays 100 DKP.
EXAMPLE 2:
Raid Tank bids: 100 DKP
Player B bids: 98 DKP
Player C bids: 80 DKP
The Raid Tank already has the highest ACTUAL bid and does not need the 10% Bid Bonus to win.
Normal closed-bid pricing applies.
Player B's 98 DKP bid +1 = 99 DKP.
The Raid Tank wins the item for 99 DKP.
EXAMPLE 3:
Raid Tank bids: 100 DKP
Player B bids: 110 DKP
Player C bids: 50 DKP
The Raid Tank's 10% Bid Bonus creates an effective bid of 110 DKP.
The effective bids are tied.
The Raid Tank automatically wins the effective tie through Raid Tank/Main Cleric tie priority.
The normal calculated winning price would exceed the Raid Tank's submitted ACTUAL bid.
The Raid Tank therefore wins the item for their submitted ACTUAL bid of 100 DKP.
The additional 10% provides bidding priority only. It does not represent additional DKP offered or spent by the Raid Tank.
🛡️DETERMINING AN UPGRADE
Players may determine whether an item represents an upgrade for their character when submitting a bid.
If the eligibility of an item as an upgrade for purposes of the Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bid Bonus is disputed, Guild Leadership will make the final determination.
Leadership's determination of whether the item qualifies as an upgrade is final and will not be debated.
🛡️TIES BETWEEN RAID TANKS / MAIN CLERICS
If two or more bidders entitled to Raid Tank/Main Cleric tie priority are tied for the highest effective bid, whether their ACTUAL bids are identical or their 10% Bid Bonuses result in identical effective bids, the tie will be resolved by raid attendance.
The player with the higher raid attendance percentage over the previous 30 days wins the tie.
If their 30-day raid attendance percentages are equal, the tied players will /random 100.
The player with the highest roll wins the item.
If the highest /random 100 result is also tied, only the players tied for the highest roll will /random 100 again until the tie is resolved.
The winner's price is calculated under the normal Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bonus Pricing rules and may never exceed the winner's submitted ACTUAL bid.
⚔️NEW RECRUIT MEMBERSHIP & RAID LOOT ELIGIBILITY
All new guild members will remain in Recruit status for their first 30 days of guild membership.
During this 30-day recruitment period, the New Recruit raid and loot eligibility rules apply regardless of whether the recruit ultimately intends to become a Main Raider or a Non-Raiding Guild Member.
A New Recruit who wishes to raid must declare ONE Designated Main Character when they begin raiding.
New Recruits begin earning DKP with the first raid they attend.
A recruit's first full raid week consists of one complete set of the guild's regularly scheduled raid days.
After completing their first full raid week with at least 60% raid attendance, the recruit becomes eligible to bid during the Main/Designated Main bidding period for upgrades for their Designated Main Character.
During the 30-day recruitment period, a recruit's attendance percentage is calculated using only the scheduled raids that have occurred since their join date, rather than the full 30-day guild history.
The recruit may continue receiving Main/Designated Main bidding priority for the remainder of their 30-day recruitment period as long as they maintain at least 60% raid attendance.
If a recruit's attendance falls to 50–59%, they may continue attending raids and earning DKP but may only bid during the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period.
If a recruit's attendance falls below 50%, they may continue attending raids and earning DKP but may not bid on raid loot until their attendance returns to at least 50%.
New Recruit eligibility rules supersede all Non-Raiding Guild Member eligibility rules during the 30-day recruitment period.
At the completion of the 30-day recruitment period:
• A recruit with 60% or greater raid attendance may become a Main Raider.
• A recruit who does not meet the Main Raider attendance requirement, or who does not wish to become a Main Raider, may become a Non-Raiding Guild Member.
Once the 30-day recruitment period has been successfully completed, the member will follow the loot eligibility and attendance rules associated with their new guild status.
⚔️NON-RAIDING GUILD MEMBERS
Guild members who are not Main Raiders are encouraged and welcome to join us on raid nights.
Non-Raiding Guild Members may attend raids and earn DKP for their raid participation.
A Non-Raiding Guild Member with 50–59% rolling raid attendance may spend DKP during the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period.
They do NOT receive Designated Main loot priority and may NOT participate in the initial Designated Main bidding period.
A Non-Raiding Guild Member with less than 50% rolling raid attendance may continue attending raids and earning DKP but may NOT bid on raid loot.
A Non-Raiding Guild Member who reaches at least 60% rolling raid attendance may qualify for Main Raider status and receive Designated Main loot priority under the normal Main Raider rules.
⚔️DESIGNATED MAIN CHARACTER
Every guild member who participates in raids must designate ONE character as their Main Character for loot purposes.
New Recruits must declare their Designated Main Character when they begin participating in raids.
Main Raider Designated Main loot priority applies ONLY when bidding on upgrades for the player's Designated Main Character.
A guild member's Designated Main Character remains their Designated Main even if the player's attendance falls below 60%.
However:
• At 60% or greater attendance, the player receives Main Raider Designated Main loot priority.
• At 50–59% attendance, the player may bid only at Alt/Box and Secondary Loot priority.
• Below 50% attendance, the player may not bid on raid loot.
Loot for any character other than the player's Designated Main Character will be considered an Alt/Box bid and will receive Alt/Box loot priority, provided the player meets the minimum 50% attendance requirement to bid.
⚔️CHANGING YOUR DESIGNATED MAIN CHARACTER
Designated Main Character changes will only be processed once per calendar quarter during the following periods:
January 1–7
April 1–7
July 1–7
October 1–7
Members wishing to change their Designated Main Character must submit their request during one of these periods.
All Designated Main Character changes are subject to Leadership discretion and approval.
A requested change may be denied if Leadership determines that the change would negatively impact the guild's raid force, class balance, or ability to fill critical raid roles.
Approval of a Designated Main Character change is NOT automatic.
Once the quarterly change period has ended, the member's Designated Main Character will remain locked until the next quarterly change period.
⚔️DKP OWNERSHIP & EARNING
DKP belongs to the PLAYER, not to individual characters.
A player earns DKP once for their raid participation, regardless of how many characters they bring to the raid.
Bringing an Alt or Box does NOT generate additional DKP.
A player's Alts and Boxes do NOT maintain separate DKP balances.
If Raid Leadership requests that a player attend a raid on a character other than their Designated Main Character, the player will continue earning their normal DKP and attendance credit under their player/Designated Main record.
A player must meet the applicable attendance requirements before spending DKP on raid loot.
Players with 50–59% attendance may spend their DKP only during the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period.
Players with less than 50% attendance may continue accumulating DKP but may not spend it on raid loot until they regain at least 50% rolling raid attendance.
If an item reaches the Alt/Box or Secondary Loot bidding period, an eligible player may use their available DKP to bid on the item for their Designated Main, Alt, or Box. Any DKP spent on an Alt or Box is deducted from the player's single DKP balance.
If a player receives an approved Designated Main Character change, their existing DKP balance remains with the PLAYER and carries over to their newly approved Designated Main Character.
⚔️DKP DECAY
To prevent excessive long-term DKP accumulation and help maintain a competitive loot system, DKP balances will be subject to periodic decay.
Once per month, any player whose DKP balance exceeds X DKP will have their total DKP balance reduced by X%.
Players with X DKP or less will not be affected by DKP decay.
DKP decay applies equally to all players whose balance exceeds the established threshold, regardless of guild rank, raid status, attendance percentage, or current bidding eligibility.
The DKP threshold and decay percentage will be established by Guild Leadership based on the guild's DKP earning rate and overall DKP economy.
(Don't Freak Out that there are X place holders here... WE ARE NOT A GULID YET! We are not raiding 💩, this doesnt have to be filled out yet).
⚔️CORE BIDDING PRINCIPLE
Raid-loot bidding eligibility is determined first by raid attendance and loot priority.
For a specific item, attendance-based eligibility is locked at the time the item drops.
Players with 60% or greater rolling raid attendance who qualify as Main Raiders receive Designated Main loot priority under the applicable rules.
Players with 50–59% rolling raid attendance may bid only during the Alt/Box and Secondary Loot bidding period.
Players with less than 50% rolling raid attendance may not bid on raid loot.
Once a player is eligible for a particular bidding period, their closed bid represents the maximum amount of DKP they are willing to spend on the item.
Players cannot see competing bids and cannot simply increase their bid by 1 DKP after seeing what somebody else offered.
Bid aggressively and you improve your chances of winning.
If there is only one bidder, the sole-bidder rules apply and the player pays their submitted bid up to a maximum cost of 10 DKP.
When multiple players bid and there is no tie for the highest ACTUAL bid, the highest bidder wins and the winning price is the second-highest ACTUAL bid +1 DKP, regardless of whether any lower competing bids are tied.
When two or more players submit the same highest ACTUAL bid, the tied-bid rules determine the winner and the winning price is equal to the tied ACTUAL bid.
No player will ever pay more DKP than the ACTUAL bid they submitted.
Raid Tank/Main Cleric effective bonus bids may alter who wins an item but do not increase the player's submitted ACTUAL bid or the maximum amount they may be charged. If a Raid Tank or Main Cleric wins without needing the 10% Bid Bonus, normal closed-bid pricing applies.
If a Raid Tank or Main Cleric wins because of the 10% Bid Bonus, the winning price is the LESSER of the second-highest competing ACTUAL bid +1 DKP or the Raid Tank/Main Cleric's submitted ACTUAL bid.
If the Bid Bonus creates an effective tie against a bidder without Raid Tank/Main Cleric tie priority, the Raid Tank or Main Cleric automatically wins the tie and the Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bonus Pricing rules determine the winning price.
If two or more bidders entitled to Raid Tank/Main Cleric tie priority are tied for the highest effective bid, raid attendance breaks the tie first. If their applicable attendance percentages are equal, the tied players /random 100.
The 10% Bid Bonus represents bidding priority only. It does not represent additional DKP offered or spent by the player.
Players will never be permitted to go into negative DKP.
This keeps the bidding process private, fast, and competitive while rewarding raid attendance and allowing the Raid Tank/Main Cleric Bid Bonus and tied-bid rules to operate consistently.
⚔️SYSTEM INTEGRITY & LEADERSHIP AUTHORITY
These rules are intended to provide a fair and transparent method of distributing raid loot.
Attempts to exploit technicalities, manipulate bids, circumvent loot priority, coordinate bids for the purpose of affecting another player's price, or otherwise abuse the DKP system are prohibited.
Situations not specifically addressed by these rules will be resolved by Guild/Raid Leadership in accordance with the intent and established priority of the DKP system.
Guild/Raid Leadership has final authority regarding the interpretation and application of these rules.
Leadership decisions regarding DKP and loot-rule interpretation are final.
